Herbal Education & Tea Blending
Learn how herbs can support the nervous and lymphatic systems and create your own custom herbal tea blend to take home.
Gentle Yoga & Breathwork
A guided practice by certified yoga instructor designed to encourage lymphatic movement, release tension, and regulate the nervous system.

This ticket grants you access into the event, full use of the facilities, a spot in the breathwork/yoga class and your own herbal tea bag to take home PLUS a mini practitioner session with Osteopath Lorena Petrucci.
